EPIC expands beyond
Colorado and does work in
7 new states
In 2024, EPIC received a transformational investment from Pivotal to expand
our impact outside of Colorado. Throughout 2025, we began to put that
investment into action. With new work in 7 states EPIC is demonstrating that
the model that we have cultivated here in Colorado is valued by partners
across the country.
The Port of Seattle is exploring development of a near-site child care
center and joins our roster of airport partners, alongside Denver
International Airport, who are taking valuable steps to reduce the barriers
that upwards of 20% of their employees face related to child care.

EPIC has now supported 60+ businesses representing a workforce of 170,000
people – extending our impact into the lives of employees and families across
the country.
In 2025, we partnered with organizations nationwide to develop tailored child
care solutions – just a snapshot of our broader work.
