AND IMPACT
2025 EPIC Award Recipient
At EPIC’s 16th Annual Business Leaders Dinner in September 2025,
we presented the EPIC Award to Barbara Grogan, founder of Western
Industrial Contractors and a member of EPIC’s Roundtable since its
inception.
A pioneering entrepreneur and community champion,
Barbara built a nationally respected firm and broke barriers
as the first woman to chair both the Federal Reserve Bank
of Kansas City (Denver Branch) and the Denver Metro
Chamber of Commerce.
Her decades of leadership in business and early
childhood initiatives have earned her numerous honors,
including the SBA Advocate of the Year Award and induction
into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame and the Colorado
Women’s Hall of Fame.
